Orders in stock are processed within a maximum time span of 24 hours for readymade clothes and a maximum of 72 hours for made to order products.

All the made to order products will be shipped in the time window as specified in the product description. The customer shall be notified by email when the product has been dispatched.
The product shall be despatched in the time frame as mentioned in the product page. Further delays, if any, from the delivery partner end can be escalated to Handiglobe.com We can try to resolve them at the earliest.
Tracking number will be provided, which the customer may use to track the product in the respective courier partner’s website.

DELIVERY POLICY
Expected time taken to dispatch the items is given against each product on the respective product details page. While we will try our best to dispatch products as soon as possible however in unusual circumstances the delivery of the products may take up to 7 days approx. as per local guidelines.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order, and send an email to you informing about the same. In such cases, your payment against the undelivered part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner the payment was made*
We work with several national courier companies to deliver your orders.

Handiglobe provides free and express shipping on Pre-paid orders for delivery.
Cash on Delivery feature is not available for transactions.
2. When can I expect delivery?
We understand the pain of anticipation! Hence, we try to ship majority orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, each location has a different delivery time frame committed by the courier partner. You can check the expected time to deliver an order in the ‘Estimate delivery’ widget present in product pages.
3. How will my order be shipped?
We use several national courier services to deliver your order to your door steps.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship Handiglobe collection internationally as of now through DHL/India Post. Handiglobe not ship some selected Country Pakistan, Afghanistan, and China.
An item is missing from my shipment.
This is very rare as we ensure multiple checks during our product packing process. Please check if you have been charged for the missing item in the invoice enclosed. Important Notes
In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item the full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments.

In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to your bank account, via cheque (details of which will be furnished by you separately to us) as per your convenience.
