At HandiGlobe, we specialize in manufacturing and exporting premium handcrafted home décor, furniture, serving trays, bone inlay products, mother of pearl products, resin products, wooden handicrafts, and customized items to customers worldwide.
Order Processing
- Production begins after order confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Standard production lead time is 15–30 working days depending on product type and order quantity.
- Customized or large-volume orders may require additional production time.
- Buyers will be informed of the estimated dispatch date before production begins.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Standard MOQ starts from 50 pieces.
- MOQ may vary depending on the product category and customization requirements.
Packaging Standards
All products are packed using export-quality packaging to ensure safe international transportation.
Our packaging includes:
- Individual protective wrapping
- Bubble wrap and foam protection
- Strong export-grade corrugated cartons
- Edge and corner protection for fragile products
- Moisture-resistant packing materials where required
- Wooden pallet packing available upon request
- ISPM-15 compliant wooden pallets available where applicable
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide through reliable logistics partners using:
- Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
- Air Freight
- Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.)
Shipping method depends on buyer preference, order quantity, destination, and Incoterms.
Export Documentation
Required export documents are provided with every shipment, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
- Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Fumigation Certificate (when applicable)
- Other export documents upon buyer request
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not included in product prices unless agreed in writing.
Freight costs depend on:
- Destination country
- Shipment volume
- Gross weight
- Shipping method
- Selected Incoterms
A detailed freight quotation will be shared before order confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
The buyer is responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs clearance
- Local taxes
- VAT/GST
- Destination port charges
These charges vary by country and are not controlled by HandiGlobe.
Inspection & Claims
Buyers are requested to inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.
If any product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Photographs of the damaged goods
- Packaging images
- Shipping labels
- Description of the issue
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.
Delays
While we strive to deliver shipments on schedule, delays caused by the following are beyond our control:
- Customs inspections
- Port congestion
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Shipping line schedules
- Force majeure events
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced unless mutually agreed in writing.
Customized or private-label orders are non-cancellable after production begins.
