Our website is intended primarily for wholesale buyers, importers, retailers, distributors, and commercial businesses worldwide.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


3. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, and images.

As our products are handmade:

  • Slight variations in color, finish, grain, texture, size, and craftsmanship are natural.

  • Product images are for reference purposes only.

  • Handmade variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.


4. Wholesale Orders

Handiglobe primarily accepts wholesale and bulk orders.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may vary depending on the product.

  • Custom orders and OEM manufacturing are available upon request.

  • Production begins only after order confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.


5. Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Prices displayed on the website are for reference unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping charges, import duties, customs taxes, insurance, and local taxes are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.


6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • 50% Advance Payment

  • Remaining 50% before shipment

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer (TT)

  • Wire Transfer

  • Other mutually agreed international payment methods


7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery schedules are estimated and may vary due to:

  • Production requirements

  • Material availability

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure events

Handiglobe is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.


8. International Trade

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Import licenses

  • Customs clearance

  • Local taxes

  • Duties

  • Regulatory compliance in their country

Risk transfers according to the agreed shipping terms (Incoterms).


9. Inspection & Claims

Customers should inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

Any claim regarding:

  • Damaged products

  • Missing items

  • Manufacturing defects

must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment, together with photographs and supporting documentation.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Customized, personalized, OEM, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Advance payments for work already completed are non-refundable.


11. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

is the intellectual property of Handiglobe and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
